12th Arctic Council Ministerial Meeting Convenes In Reykjavík

The Arctic Council will hold their 12^th Ministerial meeting where the Chair’s position will pass from Iceland to Russia.  This means that Russia will set the agenda for the next few years.  The Arctic Council is also celebrating it’s 25^th Anniversary this year.
