Is Canada’s Arctic vulnerable to incursions by Russian submarines, overflights of enemy missiles or other forms of hostile acts? Many, including the Canadian Chief of Defence Staff would agree. General Wayne Eyre recently told attendees at a Canadian security conference that the far north is "a key area of concern," adding that it's not "inconceivable that our sovereignty may be challenged."
