The Arctic Council: A Quick Guide

Canada was one of the chief architects of the Ottawa Declaration and a founding member of The Arctic Council. This international body meets regularly to discuss transnational issues pertaining to the Arctic. The Arctic Council represents far more than nation state perspectives as it includes Indigenous and stakeholder voices. The Arctic Council primer will update RAUSI members on their current work and goals.
